Return and Refund Policy

Please note that change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size refunds will not be offered. Please ensure you choose the correct size and prints.

To be eligible for return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We have a 7 day return policy, meaning you have 1 week after receiving your item/s to request a return. We will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and also We will notify you by email for approval or rejection of your refunds. If approved, Dionne & Gerard Co. will electronically transfer the amount via your original payment method within 7 days. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If we received the returned items not in their original packaging and condition we have the right to decline.

To request a return, please contact us via dionnegerard.co@yahoo.com and we will respond with instructions. Please contact us prior to returning your item/s as we don't accept without receiving a request. Customer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning item/s. WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE or DAMAGE.

Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
