We use Australia Post to ship your orders from Sydney, Australia. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments maybe delayed by a few days. (Standard Shipping $10 and estimated delivery time 4-7 days). We do not ship international at the moment. Turnaround time is 12-15 days as our items are handmade including shipping time.

Please note some items are ready to be shipped as they are stocked.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered  is correct.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, Dionne&GerardCo. can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.
